My clients’ lives are full — but the fullness doesn’t seem to amount to fulfillment. They’re holding down job(s) while holding down a home. They’re trying to be the best they can be for everyone. It’s exhausting, and while they do their best to manage, they can’t help but notice the anxiety, hopelessness, burnout, sleep deprivation, conflict in relationships, hectic routines and unfulfilled dreams.
Therapy starts with getting to know you, and what’s held you back from the life that’s most meaningful to you. Because relationships (including those of the therapeutic sort) hold the power to support us or perpetuate stuck-ness, how you and I work together is just the start of exploring what it might mean to build trust in yourself, in your decisions, and in the important relationships you hold. I pay close attention to each client’s personal, in-the-moment experience — both your life outside of therapy and your present-moment experience.

Our nervous systems are built to seek safety in the people we trust, especially in stress. But despite our best attempts to connect, keep the peace, or solve problems, the couples I work with find themselves getting stuck in the same arguments again and again. I bring clarity to the conflict through an approach that validates each partner’s efforts to resolve issues and moves them toward teamwork to dismantle the painful patterns that prevent true, felt connection.
Services
Fees
I charge $170 for a 50-minute therapy appointment (individual or couples).
I am in-network with First Choice Health plans.

If you do not have a First Choice Health plan, I can offer you a receipt for services, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
To find out about coverage, call your insurance company and ask these questions:
1) Does my plan include coverage for out-of-network services?
2) What is my out-of-network deductible?
3) Does my plan cover counseling services? Does my plan cover individual or family counseling?
4) How do I submit for reimbursement? Who should submit the superbill, myself or my therapist?
-
Paying privately (or “out-of-pocket”) for therapy offers you the highest level of privacy and protection for your personal health information. It also gives you greater flexibility and control over who you choose to work with and how; session frequency; and length of care.
